Although Lynne only knew our beloved little cat, Coco, for a relatively short time, we were so impressed by her service that we take great pleasure in writing this recommendation.
At the initial meeting at our house Lynne’s thorough preparation, professionalism and obvious love of animals gave us confidence that we would be leaving our cat, and our house, in safe hands. At this first visit Lynne quickly made friends with Coco and our initial positive impressions were confirmed with every visit we arranged.

A Recommendation from Andy & Joy
We have a diabetic cat who is on a special diet and requires an insulin injection twice a day soon after eating food.
Lynne from Phoenix Pet Care made a home visit to meet our cat Benji, to find out more about his diet and injections. Lynne also visited the vet to learn more background about Benji's condition and injections. The Phoenix paperwork was very clear. It was good to come home and find a pint of milk in the fridge and a note from Lynne asking us to call her when we returned.

Dear Lynne
Just a short message to let you know how much we appreciate everything you do for us. Although we never provide you with a set pattern of days, which we require your services for, you always manage to helps us by fitting us in, sometimes at the very last minute.
For anyone reading this we have an 18 month old golden labrador called Poppy who is full of personality and as a bi-product is very enthusiastic on walks and tends to be the one to decide which way the walk is going. Lynne, you not only cope with being dragged around Emersons Green but appear to actually enjoy it. It can also be seen how much Poppy loves you by the 'nothing is getting in my way' manner in which she greats you at the door. We don't know what we would do without you and we're sure that there would have been much more carnage and destruction around the house and garden without your help.
Thanks again for all the great work and we thoroughly recommend that anyone considering to use a pet care service uses Phoenix as we have tried other pet care services but have found yours to be head and shoulders above the rest.

We would like to thank you for your excellent and trustworthy dog walking service, which you provide for us on a weekly basis. we feel confident that you always put the welfare of our dog Wylie (Staffordshire Bull Terrier) first.
We are particularly impressed with your reliable and flexible service, which we value very much. you are always helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble.
We have also noticed that Wylie's behaviour on his lead has improved since you have been walking him. You always help us with his dog training by implementing training techniques we have been using with Wylie.

Here's what Nicola & Paul Thought
We are the owners of 3 cats all with distinct personalities and habits. Rightly or wrongly our cats are viewed
as part of the family and are probably treated a little too much like children rather than animals.
I have a blue oriental with far too much energy and a liking for other peoples homes and cars.
A gray pointed Birman who is agoraphobic and needs brushing on a daily basis due to the length of her coat
and a sensible moggy who although fed regularly has a liking for small furry or feathery animals and is a rule
unto herself about when she comes in.
With all these individuals in mind and a near hysterical owner / mother at the thought of leaving
our animals for our annual two week trip away you can imagine how relieved I was to find Phoenix Pet Care Service
with their animal first aid and animal behaviour courses and caring
and considerate attitude to both owners and pets
Aspects of Phoenix Pet care that I was particularly impressed with included the pre-holiday home visit to
meet our animals, find out their routines and to get the lay of the land of our home, the professional but caring
and re-assuring attitude of Lynne; the organisation of the service and clear contract relating to the
service to be provided. In addition it was lovely to come home and find a pint of milk in the fridge and a note from Lynne asking us to call her when we got home so that she knew our travel plans had gone to plan.
With all of the above I would absolutely recommend Phoenix Pet Care to anyone who truly loves and worries
about their pet while they are away from home. This is a service that gave me great peace of mind and has
made me look forward to my holidays rather than worrying about leaving my animals.
