Phoenix Pet Care is based in Yate, South Gloucestershire, dedicated to helping you provide care for your animals when circumstances prevent you from doing what you normally do for them, whether it be letting them out during the day because you're unable to make it home, or looking after them while you're on holiday, we can offer a service to meet your needs.
Lynne has attended evening courses in Animal first aid and behaviour at the Animal Care Study Centre - Norton Radstock College and has had a variety of animals over the last 30+ years including tropical and cold water fish, gerbil's, cats and dogs. In addition to this she has always looked after the family’s animals when they have gone away for the day or on holiday.
Lynne has supported The Moggery through donations and sponsored walks for the last 7 years. Lynne also carries out progress checks on a voluntary basis for The Moggery, for cats that are re-homed in this and the surrounding area.
These were our dogs Chester (front) & Bramble our two very loveable and naughty Rottweiler's enjoying their holiday on the beach.

This is Pudding affectionately known as "Fat Pud" because of his size we think he is in part Maine Coon, He was found straying with a rope around his neck, why we don't know, he was so frightened of people it took The Moggery rescue centre a week to catch him. It only took one look at this gorgeous cat for me to fall in love with him and bring him home where he settled in very quickly. He is no longer afraid of anything or anyone. He has now taken on the role of Uncle Pud to Tiffy and Gucci.
This is Mabel, she came from heart rescue and had been there since she was 5 months old, we adopted her at 9 months. She's put the fun back into the house since we lost Chester and Bramble and she hasn't stopped purring since she got here. She loves nothing more than to charge up and down the stairs and chase Pudding, which will do him some good as he needs to loose some weight. She just makes us giggle!.
This is Tiffy, poor old Tiffy had a bit of a rough start, she was found abandoned with the rest of her litter mates at a few weeks old in a box on the side of the road. This seems to have left her slightly traumatised because she still likes to suckle on her favourite kitten blanket and sometimes cry's out for no apparent reason. She is adorable and loves to play with Mabel and Gucci charging around the house, and is now being taught the ways of the world by lovely Uncle Pud
This is Gucci (nicknamed Gooey), she came from Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary at nearly 8 weeks old along with Tiffy at 9 weeks. If there was ever a naughty cat this is it!!. Even though she is a couple of weeks younger that Tiffy she was the first on the banister, first on the kitchen work tops, first in the fridge, first up the curtains and first on top of the telly. She wants to help with whatever you are doing and won't go quietly if you try to keep her out of a room for her own safety. She loves to try and catch that annoying white fly that flicks round the computer screen while dancing on the keyboard. She is lovably cheeky and into everything.
This is Storm, he came to us from Bath Cats and Dogs Home. When we found him at the home he was just a pair of eyes peering out of his igloo, He was very shy and wasn't eating properly. Despite only wanting a girl cat i fell in love with him instantly and knew that he was coming home with us. For the 1st two days when he got here he stayed in his igloo, but a big tub of cosmic catnip finally tempted him out and since then he has really come out of his shell. He loves to charge about the house with Tiffy and Gucci playing with pidgeon feathers i bring home for them. He's very lovely and he completes our little herd of cats.
During the last 30+ years Lynne has dealt with many animal health problems including kidney problems, thyroid problems, heart murmurs, various growth related joint problems as well as the normal day to day problems animals can suffer from. Lynne has often been a knowledgeable source of information on pet care to friends, family and neighbours. So when you sign up for one of Phoenix's services you can be confident that you are getting someone who is fully understanding of pet care and a dedicated animal lover who will meet your pets needs. She will always give them her undivided attention and build a relationship with them. One of the crucial elements of the initial visit is to assess that you are happy with us, we are happy to take the job on and most importantly that your pet is happy with us.
